We focus on maintaining dignity, reducing stress, and supporting both the individual and their family throughout every stage of care.
Do you administer medications?
Yes, medication support is available depending on the level of care required. Our skilled nursing team can handle medication administration, while trained caregivers can provide reminders and assistance. We follow strict safety protocols to ensure medications are managed correctly and consistently, helping maintain your loved one’s health and well-being.
What is the minimum shift length?
Minimum shift lengths may apply to ensure consistent and high-quality care. Typically, this helps us maintain reliable scheduling and strong caregiver-client relationships. The exact minimum can vary based on your needs and location, and we will clearly explain all details during your consultation before services begin.
How much does care cost?
At this time, Becky’s Angels is a private-pay home care and nursing service and does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance plans directly.
Payment is the responsibility of the client or family unless alternative arrangements have been made.
However, depending on individual policies and benefits, some clients may choose to independently submit receipts or documentation to long-term care insurance providers for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to discuss eligibility and coverage options.
Our team is happy to discuss services, scheduling, and customized care plans to help families find support that best fits their needs.
How do families receive updates?
At Becky's Angels, we believe families should always feel informed, connected, and reassured. We provide regular updates through communication from our care team, including phone calls, texts, emails, care plan updates, and reports of any important changes or concerns.
Becky's Angels also uses CareSmartz360, a secure electronic care platform that allows approved family members to access care-related information through a Client & Family Portal. With proper authorization, families may be able to view schedules, visit notes, completed tasks, care plan information, and updates about their loved one's care.
Our goal is to make sure families never feel left in the dark and always have peace of mind knowing their loved one is being cared for with attention, compassion, and respect.
