24-Hour Staff Support

To help ensure safe, consistent care, our registered nurses are available 24/7 to take calls from staff and approved family members regarding care-related questions, concerns, or changes in client condition.

Please note: Client information is shared only with approved individuals listed in the client record, consistent with authorization and privacy requirements.

This allows our caregivers and nursing team to receive timely guidance and support, helping families feel confident that their loved one’s care is being monitored and supported around the clock.
