Injection Support may include:
- Subcutaneous injections
- Intramuscular injections
- Insulin administration
- B12 injections
- Anticoagulant injections, such as Lovenox, if ordered
- Other prescribed injections within nursing scope

Includes care, monitoring, infection prevention, and reporting concerns to providers.
Becky's Angels provides skilled nursing support for clients with urinary catheters, including Foley and suprapubic catheters. Our licensed nurses may assist with catheter care, drainage bag support, tubing positioning, urine output monitoring, skin/site observation, infection-prevention education, and communication with the family or provider if concerns arise.
Catheter Care may include:
- Foley catheter care
- Suprapubic catheter care
- Drainage bag emptying and support
- Tubing positioning for proper drainage
- Urine output monitoring
- Observation for changes in urine color, odor, sediment, or amount
- Skin and catheter-site observation
- Infection-prevention education

Becky's Angels provides skilled nursing support for clients with ostomies, including colostomies, ileostomies, and urostomies. Our licensed nurses may assist with pouch changes, skin and stoma observation, appliance support, output monitoring, leakage concerns, odor control education, and communication with the family or provider as needed.
Ostomy Care may include: colostomy, ileostomy, urostomy, pouch appliance changes, peristomal skin observations, stoma observation, output monitoring, leakage prevention support, supply organization, family education and communication.
All ostomy care is provided according to provider orders, nursing scope of practice, staff training, assessment, and Becky’s Angels Policy.
Becky's Angels provides skilled nursing support for stable clients with already established IV access, such as a PICC line or port. Our licensed nurses may assist with ordered infusion monitoring, line flushing as ordered, dressing care, site observation, pump support, and communication with the family, provider, or pharmacy as needed.
Important note:
Becky's Angels does not place new IV lines. IV services are provided only with existing access, provider orders, proper staff training, and agency policy.
Becky's Angels provides skilled nursing support for clients who require tube feeding or enteral nutrition at home. Our licensed nursing team may assist with ordered G-tube, J-tube, PEG tube, or PEJ tube care; feeding pump support; gravity or bolus feeding as ordered; tube flushing per provider order; insertion-site observation and skin care; tolerance monitoring; documentation of intake and concerns; family education; and communication with providers.
Tube Feeding Support may include:
- G-tube care and feeding support
- J-tube care and feeding support
- PEG tube support
- PEJ tube support
- Feeding pump support
- Gravity or bolus feeding support, if ordered
- Tube flushing per provider order

Becky's Angels provides skilled nursing support for stable clients with already-established IV access, such as a PICC line or port. Our licensed nurses may assist with ordered infusion monitoring, line flushing as ordered, dressing care, site observation, pump support, and communication with the family, provider, or pharmacy as needed.

Drain care, including JP drains, Hemovac drains, Penrose drains, surgical drains, wound VAC support, nephrostomy tubes, biliary drains, pigtail drains, and other ordered drainage systems as appropriate under provider orders, staff training, and agency policy.

Includes nursing observation, family communication, and coordination with providers for ongoing comfort needs.
